Homeschool Youth Fitness

60 Minute class for Youth Athletes (grades K-8), focused on general physical fitness, promoting overall health & wellness and building confidence.

Homeschool Fitness

Homeschool physical fitness for children ages 5-15 focuses on developing basic motor skills, strength, flexibility, and coordination through fun and engaging activities. Fitness routines are often game-oriented and interactive, encouraging active play, teamwork, and creativity while promoting the development of healthy habits. The goal is to make fitness enjoyable, fostering a positive attitude toward physical activity that can last a lifetime.

Homeschool Strength & Conditioning

Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced class sessions available to help build strength, power, speed, flexibility & mobility while increasing confidence & self image. We will consistently provide information to support mindset, nutrition, recovery & the importance of community while guiding your athlete through how to reach their goals.Ā 

2023-2024 HOMESCHOOL MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

$100/month

per athlete

  • Comprehensive fitness program with custom movement solutions
  • Option to enroll in Youth Fitness, Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced Strength & Conditioning Programs
  • 1 Coach on the floor at all times
  • 60-90 minute classes
  • 2-3 training sessions per week
