A true plan for your athlete that starts with an assessment, provides them solutions to improve their general movement patterns, includes a comprehensive training program to build strength, power, speed, flexibility & mobility while increasing their confidence & self image. We will consistently provide information to support mindset, nutrition, recovery & the importance of community while guiding your athlete through how to reach their goals.

Off-Season Strength & Conditioning

Designed to help athletes maximize their performance while minimizing the risk of injury during the competitive season. This comprehensive program focuses on building a solid foundation of strength, power, agility, and endurance through targeted workouts tailored to individual needs..Ā 

CheerĀ Strength & Conditioning

Assessment REQUIRED to be accepted! HitSquad Elite Cheer Strength & Conditioning is for Advanced cheerleaders who thrive in organized training environments and are comfortable with resistance and weight training experience.

2023-2024 STRENGTH & CONDITIONING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

$100/month

per athlete

  • Comprehensive fitness program with custom movement solutions
  • Option to enroll in Youth, Middle School, Off-Season, High SchoolĀ or CheerĀ Strength & Conditioning Programs
  • 1 Coach on the floor at all times
  • Unlimited Studio Access
  • Access to the HSE Trainer App
  • Athlete Assessment & Solutions
  • 60-90 minute classes
  • 3-4 training sessions per week
