Master foundational movement patterns, introduce strength training & build more capable & confident athletes with our Youth S&C classes. Build a life long foundation of movement, strength & elasticity in this program.

- Level: Beginner & Intermediate
- Class Size: Less than 12
Intro Strength & Conditioning
This foundational class is designed for athletes who are new to training and want to learn how to move, lift, and train like an athlete. Whether they’ve never touched a weight before or are just starting their athletic journey, this is the perfect place to build confidence in the gym.
- Audience: Athletes from 10-13
- Days Per Week: 3
- Level: Beginner
- Class Size: 8
Athlete Strength & Conditioning
The bridge from youth sports to high school, this program is designed to build skills necessary to become a high level Varsity athlete in any sport by introducing mental & physical aspects of training. Elite Work Ethic ONLY!
- Audience: Athletes from 11-16
- Days Per Week: 3-4
- Level: Intermediate & Advanced
- Class Size: 8-16
- Program Length: Year Round
