YouthĀ Strength & Conditioning

Master foundational movement patterns, introduce strength training & build more capable & confident athletes with our Youth S&C classes. Build a life long foundation of movement, strength & elasticity in this program.Ā 

  • Audience: Athletes from 5-11
  • Days Per Week: 1
  • Level: Beginner & Intermediate
  • Class Size: Less than 12


Middle School Strength & Conditioning

The bridge from youth sports to high school, this program is designed to build skills necessary to become a high level Varsity athlete in any sport by introducing mental & physical aspects of training.Ā 

  • Audience: Athletes from 11-16
  • Days Per Week: 3
  • Level: Beginner & Intermediate
  • Class Size: 8-16
  • Program Length: Year Round


Off-Season Strength & Conditioning

For the fully focused football players only, this program will improve all of the attributes you need to excel next season.

Elite work ethic only, this program is only for the dogs.Ā 

  • Audience: Athletes from 11-16
  • Days Per Week: 4
  • Level: Advanced
  • Class Size: 12-16
  • Program Length: 6 Months


CheerleadingĀ Strength & Conditioning

For the cheerleaders who want to go from good to great... explosive jumps, sharper motions, impeccable body control, stable stunts & strong tumbling.Ā  Gain confidence in the weight room with resistanceĀ & strength training.

Assessment required to be accepted into the program!

  • Days Per Week: 3
  • Level:Ā Advanced
  • Class Size:Ā 12-16
