Postpartum Recovery
Ease your way back into the gym with my signature class. Postpartum Recovery focuses on strengthening your deep core after baby to relieve back pain and prevent future injuries. Designed by a postpartum mama, for postpartum mamas, each class is gentle, yet effective. Efficiently programmed with each postpartum stage and whether you had a vaginal birth or c-section in mind so that you make the most out of your time.Â
PROGRAMMING
Get Moving Mamis
Programming available through the HSE Trainer App. This 8 week program was built for mamas who need the express version of the Postpartum Recovery class. 30 minute workouts feature a 5 minute warm up, 20 minute workout, and 5 minute cool down. Each workout targets your deep core while incorporating the main movement patterns so that what you do in the gym translates to your life outside of the gym.Â

Personalized Coaching
Need help with setting goals, making a lifestyle change and holding yourself accountable? One on one coaching sessions give me the opportunity to learn more about your journey: where you are and where you want to be so that I can tailor your experience and programming to fit your specific needs. With one on one coaching, you have a tailored experience, program, someone to hold you accountable and teach you.Â

Born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx, I moved to Yulee in 2022 with my husband and my son. Fashion corporate girlie of 10+ years, turned Nursing student. I reignited my love for lifting and fitness 4 months postpartum when my gallbladder decided she needed to be the center of attention. She deserves her Oscar though. Sheâs the reason I finally got serious about finishing the personal training certification I started in 2018 and created Get Moving With Jen. Things I love: coffee, cooking!!!!, traveling, taking pictures, root beer/dr pepper, marshmallows, action movies, when my husband makes me laugh, and watching my son do new things. Things I donât love as much: insects, cottage cheese, and when my coffee is not the right color.Â
